PERSONNEL COMMITTEE
The foundation of an organization is its people. We need to be dedicated, fearless, hardworking, fierce, and passionate in order to handle and strengthen this foundation. The Personnel Committee embodies these qualities and works in unison in taking care of the concerns of the members, continuously keeping in touch with the organization’s alumni, and meticulously screening the applicants who will become future members of the organization.
PERSONNEL COMMITTEE
The Personnel Committee is in-charge of the human resources of the organization. The committee manages the recruitment and acceptance of new members, monitors and evaluates the members, keeps pertinent records of the members, and maintains connection with the alumni of the organization. The committee also fosters camaraderie among the organization’s applicants, members, and alumni.
APPLICANTS' AFFAIRS
In-charge of the recruitment process of the organization which includes the events related to the applicants.
MEMBERS' AFFAIRS
In-charge of the human resources needed, keeping and updating of the members' records and handling any member-related concerns. In-charge of the Christmas Party planning together with the Internal Committee.
ALUMNI AFFAIRS
In-charge of keeping the Alumni Database updated as well as keeping the alumni well-informed of the events of the organization.
